Pero para muchos, la entrada en el sector va acompa\u00f1ada de una preparaci\u00f3n desigual: <strong>experiencia empresarial y capital disponible, sino un m\u00e9todo a\u00fan inmaduro.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Hay tres errores recurrentes en la inversi\u00f3n inmobiliaria<\/strong> que surgen en las primeras transacciones.
